Once you have created a new client, the client's details (email address and cell phone number) cannot be deleted from the portal. If you added a client to the wrong file, or if you simply just want to remove a client from the file, select the three dots next to the client’s details and select Remove (shown below). The client will be removed from the current file.
If you need to associate the client to another file in the Treefort portal, simply navigate to that file and attach the client details to that file.
