In the Treefort Portal, you can manage your own profile settings. To do this, please navigate to your profile by clicking on your name in the top right-hand corner of the application and selecting Edit Profile.

It is particularly important that your profile reflects the correct Jurisdiction for your organization. For example, if you practice law in Ontario, your jurisdiction should be set to the Law Society of Ontario. The Treefort report that you will receive upon ID Verifications being completed, will reference certain legislation that is dependent on the jurisdiction selected on your profile.
From this page, you will be able to change some of your user settings, such as your phone number associated to your Treefort account, your default ID verification request method, your CASL consent options, etc. If there is any information that you cannot edit directly from this page, you will need to contact your Treefort administrator. You can also change your password for your Treefort account directly from this page by selecting Forgot Password.
