Report Enhancements and Fresh Design: We've made significant updates to our Treefort Report, incorporating valuable feedback from our users to improve appearance and data presentation, ensuring we have included all of the most important details directly onto the report. See below for some of our key changes to the report:
- Improved Risk Statements: Each risk statement was reviewed to ensure that the most critical information was being shared, allowing the reader to easily determine next steps.
- Simplified Summary: We have simplified our summary page to include “Identity Analysis” and “Fraud Analysis” sections, with clear PASS or FAIL indications. The “AML” section has been removed from the summary, however, the Sanction, Watch & Politically Exposed Persons Lists can still be searched and, upon a match being found, the findings will display in the Identified Risks section.
- Identity Verification Data Sources: Easily identify what options were enabled for that particular IDV, directly on the Treefort report.
- ID Details & Photos: Document number, expiry date, country of issue and more, will be detailed in an easy-to-read table on the Primary ID photo page, where the document images will also be enlarged for easier review.
- Facial Verification: Photo will be enlarged, and the photo from the ID document will be cropped and placed beside the facial verification photo for visual comparison as well. Also noted will be if the individual has passed the Liveness and Face Match portion of the analysis.
French Reports: In addition to the enhancements we have made to the report, we are very excited to announce that reports will now also be available en français. Language preferences for the report can easily be configured from within your User Settings.
